Terms of Service

1. Operator and acceptance

Punkie Games is operated by Paolo Gianni. Current project and contact information is available at www.paulproduction.com.

By accessing or using Punkie Games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional terms shown before a purchase, subscription, competition or specific game form part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Punkie Games is not intended for children under 16. You must be at least 16 to create an account and legally able to accept these Terms in your country.

Purchases, subscriptions and token gifts are intended for users aged 18 or over unless a compliant parental authorisation flow is made available. A parent or guardian who authorises use by a minor is responsible for that use where permitted by law.

3. Accounts

Account access may be provided through Google, Discord, GitHub, Apple or a one-time email link. A limited guest account may also be created without contact information and later converted to a permanent account. Available methods may differ while the preview is being configured.

Guest accounts cannot be recovered on another device and may not use purchases, gifts, rewarded competitions or other restricted features. You are responsible for your chosen sign-in provider, email inbox, active Punkie sessions and activity performed through them.

One person may not create or control accounts or guest identities to evade restrictions, manipulate rankings or obtain benefits unfairly. Notify Punkie Games promptly if you believe an account or session has been compromised.

4. Games and availability

Punkie Games provides browser-based games, community rankings and related features. Games, rules, rewards and availability may change as the platform develops. Planned or preview features are not a promise that they will launch.

Reasonable efforts will be made to keep the service available and preserve player progress, but maintenance, security events, network conditions and software errors may cause interruptions.

5. Fair play and community rules

You must not:

• cheat, automate play or manipulate scores and rankings;
• exploit, reverse engineer or interfere with the service, except where the law expressly permits it;
• probe security controls without prior written authorisation;
• impersonate others or use misleading account information;
• harass players or publish illegal, hateful, threatening or privacy-invasive content;
• sell accounts, rankings, tokens or access outside official Punkie Gamesfeatures.

Punkie Games may invalidate runs, remove scores, limit features or suspend accounts where there is a reasonable basis to protect players, rankings or platform security.

6. Scores and leaderboards

Scores are subject to game rules and server-side validation. A displayed result may be delayed, corrected or removed if it is duplicated, technically invalid, fraudulent or obtained through an unfair method.

Leaderboard position is not guaranteed and has no monetary value unless separate competition rules explicitly say otherwise.

7. Tokens and digital entitlements

Punkie tokens and entitlements are limited permissions to use features inside Punkie Games. They are not money, cryptocurrency, stored value or an investment; do not earn interest; and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Tokens may be promotional, earned, purchased or supplied through a subscription. Their source and permitted uses may differ. Transfers are allowed only through an official gift feature and only for eligible tokens. Off-platform trading is prohibited.

Any preview balance has no value. Rules for paid tokens, expiry, cancellations, refunds and account closure will be shown before purchases are enabled. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid features are currently disabled. Before activation, Punkie Gameswill clearly show the seller, product, total price, taxes, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method and applicable withdrawal or refund rights.

Checkout is expected to be hosted by a regulated payment provider. Subscriptions will renew only as disclosed during purchase and may be cancelled for future periods through the method provided at checkout or in the account area.

9. Intellectual property

Punkie Games, its software, games, artwork, branding and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

Third-party names, assets and services remain the property of their respective owners and may be governed by separate terms.

10. Player content and feedback

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Punkie Gamesthe limited rights needed to host, display, moderate and operate that content within the service.

Feedback and suggestions may be used to improve Punkie Games without creating an obligation to implement or compensate them. Do not send confidential material through feedback channels.

11. Suspension and account closure

You may stop using Punkie Games and request account deletion using the available contact method until self-service deletion is introduced. Punkie Games may restrict or suspend access to investigate security, fraud, legal violations or serious breaches of these Terms.

Measures will be proportionate where practical. Any treatment of paid entitlements following closure or suspension remains subject to mandatory consumer law and the purchase terms shown at checkout.

12. Responsibility

Punkie Games is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every game or feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability and consumer right that cannot legally be limited.

13. Governing rules and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections and courts available under the law of your country of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact Punkie Gamesthrough PaulProduction so the issue can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.

14. Changes

These Terms may be updated to reflect new games, paid features, security requirements or legal changes. Material updates will be communicated before they take effect where required. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance only where permitted by applicable law.
